Our Satisfaction Guarantee
If you've tried your product and you're not 100% satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll offer you a 50% refund — no return required. We simply ask that you've given the product a try.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Please reach out via our Contact Page and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue promptly.
Hygiene Policy
Due to the personal care nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Our 50% satisfaction guarantee and full refund for damaged or faulty items ensure you are always covered.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Please note that as our products are personal care goods, the right of return does not apply to opened or used items under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(e)). If your item remains unopened and sealed, please contact us via our Contact Page within 14 days and we will assist you.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us via our Contact Page.
