Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer shipping options based on product availability and your location. You will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Our Shipping Model
Mignique partners with both local Australian suppliers and international suppliers to bring you the best selection and value. Depending on the product you order, your item may ship from within Australia or directly from our international suppliers.
Products Shipped from Australia: Some items are stocked and shipped from within Australia for faster delivery to Australian customers.
Products Shipped from International Suppliers: Many of our products ship directly from our trusted international suppliers, allowing us to offer premium products at competitive prices.
Each product page clearly indicates the shipping origin and estimated delivery timeframe so you know exactly what to expect before you purchase.
Order Processing Time
Products Shipped from Australia: Processing time is 1-2 business days before dispatch. Orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
Products Shipped from International Suppliers: Processing time is 2-3 business days before dispatch. Please note that for orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday, the processing time of 2-3 business days begins from the next business day. Processing times may be extended during international public holidays in the supplier's country.
Delivery Timeframes
For Products Shipped from Australia: After processing, delivery times vary by destination, typically 3-7 business days within Australia, 7-14 business days for international destinations including USA, Canada, and New Zealand. Delivery times for other international destinations will be displayed at checkout.
For Products Shipped from International Suppliers: After processing, delivery typically takes 10-25 business days regardless of destination.
Please note: These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, public holidays (both Australian and international), or other factors beyond our control. All shipping timeframes, costs, processing times, and origin locations are clearly displayed on each product page and at checkout.
Shipping Cost
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on select products. Look for items marked with free shipping on our product pages or browse our Free Shipping Products collection.
Standard Shipping: For products not eligible for free shipping, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. The total cost, including all shipping fees, will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Address
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
International Orders
For international orders, please be aware that:
- You may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
- Customs processing may add additional time to your delivery.
