Every Mignique product is handcrafted in small batches in Albury, NSW, Australia and shipped directly to you via Australia Post.
Order Processing
Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be handcrafted, packed, and prepared for dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Australian Shipping
We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Free Standard Shipping on Australian orders over $75
Shipping costs for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout based on your location.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via Australia Post International.
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination
- Free International Shipping on orders over $150
Please note: International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are unable to modify the delivery address once an order has been placed.
